Neural networks, perceptrons, and computer programming
Neural networks are a very tricky thing. Setting up a neural network
is easy, the problem lies in training it to do a particular
task. I will be presenting the problems which occur when trying to train a
network and also some of the problems of putting such a network on a computer.
